RESERVATIONS

Making a reservation is as simple as sending us an contact form or Giving us a call.  However, before you do that, let us tell you how we work.

If you e-mail us, you should:

· Include your return e-mail address and phone numbers in your e-mail

· Include the date, time, airline and flight number or your arrival if you would like us to pick you up at the Lima airport.

· Advise us of any changes in your arrival date or arrival flight number.  Without such changes, even if your flight is significantly delayed we will wait for you near the airport’s arrival hall exit, with a name shield (about 8.5” x 11” size) with your name. 

· Expect a confirmation e-mail from us, indicating that we shall pick you up at the requested time and date.

Gerardo personally welcomes most of the LimaLimo.PE passengers and he drives them personally if he is available.  If Gerardo will not pick you up personally, then he will send one of his associates.  Do not join anyone unless they carry a LimaLimo.PE business card, and always insist on a LimoLima.pe receipt.
